Crunchy Oven-Fried Chicken

Tired of this cold weather? Ready for summer? Try this delicious summer recipe.



¼ cup butter

1 cup corn flake crumbs

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon seasoned salt

¼ teaspoon pepper

1 ½ – 2 lbs. of skinless boneless chicken



*Heat oven to 425 degrees. In 13×9-inch pan, melt butter in oven. In shallow dish, mix corn flake crumbs, seasoned salt, paprika, and pepper.

*Dip chicken into the melted butter and then coat the chicken with your mixture.

*Bake uncovered for 30 minutes. Turn chicken; bake about 20 more minutes or until center of chicken is done.
