Ingredients:
3 cups frozen hashbrowns or freshly shredded potatoes
1 lb hamburger
2 T chives
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp pepper
1 cup shredded cheese (of your choice)
1/2 cup green pepper
2 T finely chopped onion
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2. Fill 9X13 pan with hasbrowns. Add chives, salt and pepper. Bake for 30 minutes.
3. While potatoes are baking, brown the hamburger in a skillet. Add onion, green pepper and season to taste with salt and pepper.
4. Add hamburger to baked hashbrowns bake for 20 minutes
5. Sprinkle cheese on top and bake for a final 10 minutes
