Get ready to dance with witches or knights this coming October 30^th at the Norfolk Knights of Columbus Hall. The Big Top Party Shop is sponsoring the community Halloween dance with the help of Magnolias of Norfolk, Creatively Fired, Big Apple Bagel, Lou’s Thrifty Way, Dress Rehearsal Costume Shoppe of Pierce, and Blank Agency of Madison.

Big Top Party Shop owner Jackson Miller says, “There is really nothing to do in this area for people who are too old to trick or treat and too young to go out to the bars and have that kind of fun in the evening or adults who don’t want to go out and drink on Halloween. It’s just something for them to do.”

There is a $6 cover charge or you can save a dollar if you wear a costume. During the night there will be a cash bar provided by the Knights of Columbus and Big Top Party Shop will also be providing a concession stand that will include foods such as nachos, and hot dogs.

A DJ will be there to take requests and Miller says it will be a variety of music. The age range is 9^th grade and up because Miller says the city and other organizations will be having parties for younger people. The dance will be running from 7 p.m. to midnight.
