Registration Time Is Here!
November 6, 2014
With fall semester winding down, registration for spring classes will be open November 10 at midnight. As a student, you should care about the midnight opening because the sooner you register the less chance you have to get stuck in an 8:00 a.m. class! Also, if you register online you will be able to pick the class times you want right away before they get full. Classes fill up fast!
Registration is open until the first few days after classes have begun. If any student can not make the deadline, they can sign up for classes on a hard copy that has to be signed by the instructor and an advisor. Any later than that, the student will need signatures from the instructor, an advisor, and someone from the Advising & Academic Support Center. Before registering, it will save a lot of time for students to meet with their advisor to figure out what classes they need to take for their major and get the correct Class Registration Numbers (CRN). “The reason we require the signatures if a student is registering late is so people understand the students is starting at a disadvantage,” said Associate Registrar Karen Hoefler. Helping the students get to where they need to be always brings a great feeling to Hoefler and the advisors. Do not delay! Make an appointment today!
