The Help Desk Has Moved!

Northeast Community College library and help desk

If a student or faculty needs help with an electronic device, like getting it registered to use the Internet on campus, one just needs to go to the relocated help desk at Northeast Community College and ask for help.

Last year the help desk was located in the Maclay building, room 116A. Last spring it was moved to the library, which is between the Cox Activities Center and the Maclay building. The centralized location makes it easier for students and faculty to get technical help.  The help desk provides services for online classes, Jupiter Grades, password resets, and many other technical questions.  The hours are longer this year too, with help available Monday – Thursday from 7:30 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. and Fridays 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.  The phone number is 402-844-4357, and you can leave a voicemail and leave an email at [email protected].

Having the help desk in the library not only makes it much easier to find help, it also helps those of us often lost in the figure 8 layout of the Maclay building.
