Going to the country fair and seeing the livestock is always a good time, but do you know how much work it takes to get animals ready for show. Well the people in the vet tech club do. The Veterinarian technology program on the northeast community college campus has their own organization to help students practice theirs skills with animals. The organization meets once a month on a Tuesday at noon in AAH 108. If you ever need to know what is going on with this club look on the bulletin board at the bottom of the main stair case in the Ag Allied Health building. The vet tech club goes to many events including a dairy tour, a petting zoo at the spectacular and a zoo trip in the fall. This group allows the freshman to get to know sophomores, advocate experience, and get a behind look into the lives of veterinary technicians.
