If you’re in mood for some seafood and a classy atmosphere I would suggest Sakura, the sushi and steakhouse that has recently opened in our town, Norfolk, Nebraska. I am new to sushi and not typically a seafood fan, but I was pleasantly surprised with how delicious the food was.

The higher priced items on the menu, were to be expected but for under $30, you can get a filling and appetizing meal for two. The Norfolk roll consists of spicy tuna and avocado, its variety of flavors combine to make a mouthwatering treat. For a delicious crunch and a spicy kick to tickle your taste buds, I’d suggest the Crunchy Roll. The zesty fried shrimp contrasts with the cool of the cucumbers for a morsel you’ll be craving for days.

Considering how busy the place was, the service was pretty good. We got our food in a decent amount of time. The waiter was polite and the environment left nothing to be desired. The colorfully lit rooms gave the place a romantic and stylish feel. We walked in and automatically felt like we were in a big city, I believe the exact words used were “I feel fancy.” The restaurant is located on the corner of Benjamin Avenue and Riverside Boulevard.
