NORFOLK – A senior at Plattview High School in Springfield has signed to play volleyball this fall at Northeast Community College.

Nicki Stolzer was a four-year starter and letter winner for the Trojans. During her career, she recorded 68 ace serves, 473 kills, 686 digs, 71 set assists, 13 solo blocks and 77 block assists.

Stolzer’s honors include being named to the Nebraska Capitol Conference – First Team; All Area – First Team; and All State – Honorable Mention. She was voted most valuable player and hardest worker by her teammates.

Stolzer is the sixth player to sign to play volleyball at Northeast next season. Other signees include Rachel Brandl, Tabitha Kander and Kelsey Shoemaker of Stanton, Layne Mitchell of Norfolk High School and Mackenzie Wecker of St. Mary’s in O’Neill.
