SOUTH SIOUX CITY – Two more special interest classes will soon be held at Northeast Community College in South Sioux City.
Staging Your Home (HOEC 0110 & CRN #70095) will be held Tuesday, March 4, from 6-9 p.m. in Room 207 in the College Center, 1001 College Way in South Sioux City.
The first impression a home makes is more often than not, one that potential buyers or guests will walk away with. This class will give participants many ideas and helpful hints on how to stage their home if they are planning to put it on the market or just give it a fresh new look.
Participants are asked to bring photos of a room or rooms in their home that they are interested in staging in a different way. During the class, they will see examples of before and after pictures that really show what a difference some minor or major changes make in a home’s appearance.
Cost of the class, with Carol Halstead the instructor, is $23.
A new class, Effective Strategies for Achieving Your Goals (PRVD 0100 and CRN #70075) will be held Friday, March 14, from 9 a.m. – 4 p.m. in Room in the College Center.
Big dreams don’t necessarily have to be just dreams; a series of small, simple actions can have a huge impact in the way you achieve your goals. This day-long seminar will introduce participants to some simple, but powerful, tools that they can apply to their personal, family, professional, financial – all aspects of one’s life. Participants will leave this class feeling empowered, energized and inspired to put these strategies to work and start achieving your dreams, today.
Cost of the class, with Nicole Sedlacek the instructor, is $45.
