Ham and Cheese Croissants

1 – tube croissant rolls

1 – bag of any desired ham or canadian bacon

8- Slices of colby jack cheese (or your desired amount of shredded cheese)

Roll your croissants out. Put your slice of cheese or shredded cheese on croissant. Lay ham or canadian bacon and roll starting at the wide end. Place evenly on pan and put in oven for about 10-15 minutes at 374 degrees.

Let cool and enjoy!

Pizza Stuffers

1 – tube of croissant rolls

1- Can of pizza sauce

1 – 4 oz bag of pepperonis

8- Slices of mozzarella cheese (or your desired amount of shredded cheese)

Roll your croissants out. Put your a slice of cheese or shredded cheese on croissant. Lay a few pepperonis on top and then roll up starting with the wide end. Continue doing this with the rest of them. Place evenly on pan and put in oven for 10 – 15 minutes at 375 degrees.

Let cool and serve with pizza sauce.

* While I was making these I put them both in at the same time and it took about 15 minutes.
