There is a new building going up behind the Burkhardt residence hall on the Northeast Community College Norfolk campus. This new building is more than just a new dorm, it’s a dining facility and student life center. Hawk TV’s Adam Christen had the chance to talk with Pete Rizzo, Director of Residence Life, and take a look inside the building.
