Students attended short informational sessions and then longer working sessions, where they had the chance to experience that profession. In Mass Media, students worked with Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Autodesk Maya, and learned what it takes to run the college newspaper, The Viewpoint. Mass Media instructor Nancy Sutton-Smith said working on The Viewpoint website exposes students to journalism, video production, web design, and coding. The Career Day commenced at 8:30 a.m. on Wednesday, October 07, 2015 and went on until 2 p.m. At the end of the day Seniors had the chance to win one of four $1,000 tuition waivers.
