Summertime Chicken Salad

½ Cup Mayo
2 Tablespoons of Lime Juice
1 Teaspoon of Sugar
½ Teaspoon of Ground Ginger
¼ Teaspoon of Salt
1/8 Teaspoon of Pepper
2 Cups of Cubed, Cooked Chicken
2 Cubed Peaches or Nectarines
¼ Sliced Green Onions
¼ Cup of Toasted, Silvered Almonds

Combine the: Mayo, Lime Juice, Sugar, Ginger and Salt and Pepper.
Stir in the: Chicken Peaches and Green Onions.  Cover and Chill.
Before Serving, Stir in Almonds
